The audio generated by SHABDHAM is owned by you (the user) upon successful creation, subject to the terms of the underlying TTS providers (Google Cloud). The SHABDHAM platform, branding, and code are the property of SHABDHAM.

4. Payments & Credits

Services are billed on a prepaid basis (credits/subscriptions). Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for accidental purchases.

5. Limitation of Liability

SHABDHAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
