Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
SHABDHAM provides digital goods (audio generation credits) which are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been utilized.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We may consider refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a payment was deducted but credits were NOT added to your account (and our support verify this).
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Unused credits (credits carry forward but are not refundable for cash).
- Dissatisfaction with the voice quality (please use the Free Trial to test before purchasing).
4. Cancellation Policy
We operate on a prepaid basis (Daily or Monthly packs). There are no auto-renewing subscriptions to cancel. Once a pack is purchased, it remains active until the validity period expires.
